We advise on a wide range of subjects.  Some involve well-trodden paths, where our experience of similar projects is directly relevant.  More often than one might expect, the situation is unique to the client and a mixture of experience and lateral thought is needed.

Some projects are narrowly defined, with a set objective and a time-scale.  Others, and perhaps the most interesting ones, have a general target - the solution of a problem or the gaining of a competitive advantage - where a range of answers evolve through informed discussion.
