Our Role

Our role is to be quick to spot what the business needs of a firm are and what options are available to meet them. The main driver is not necessarily the technical excellence of a solution but its value to the business. The owners and the IT manager may have different perceptions of what the priorities are.

In addition to having the relevant IT knowledge, our consultants have all worked at a senior level in professional businesses, and are equally at home in the boardroom as in the server room. We are well-qualified to act as the bridge between the two.

We can write long reports, but prefer to discuss and review options in meetings, following up with a brief letter or report if required.

We aim to be as cost effective in our approach as possible.  We can be surprisingly quick in reaching a view and giving our advice.
