After studying Engineering and Law at Cambridge, Richard qualified as a solicitor, and was a litigator before moving to Deloittes as a management consultant.  He worked on North Sea construction contracts in a commercial role for Shell Expro, was at Digital Computing when it pioneered electronic links for lawyers, and published computer books and software.

Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant after leaving Oxford and spent seven years with KPMG.  He is a specialist in financial reporting, accounting systems and dealing with numeric data, and is an experienced network manager.
